Varify là tiện ích Chrome hỗ trợ giải thích nội dung, hỏi AI bằng văn bản hoặc ảnh chụp màn hình, và trì hoãn việc gửi tin nhắn qua Tĩnh Tâm. Chính sách này giải thích dữ liệu Varify xử lý, mục đích xử lý và lựa chọn của bạn.

1. Nguyên tắc chính

Varify chỉ xử lý dữ liệu khi cần để thực hiện tính năng bạn chủ động sử dụng. Varify không bán nội dung tin nhắn, prompt, ảnh chụp màn hình hoặc lịch sử duyệt web cho bên thứ ba.

Việc Varify sử dụng và chuyển giao dữ liệu người dùng, bao gồm thông tin nhận từ Google APIs, tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Chrome Web Store và các yêu cầu Limited Use (Sử dụng hạn chế).

2. Dữ liệu Varify có thể xử lý

Nội dung bạn yêu cầu: văn bản được chọn, prompt hoặc ảnh chụp màn hình khi bạn yêu cầu Varify giải thích/kiểm tra.

Ngữ cảnh trang: tiêu đề và URL trang, cùng phần ngữ cảnh cần thiết để tạo câu trả lời. Varify không chủ động đọc mọi nội dung của mọi trang để xây dựng hồ sơ người dùng.

Tĩnh Tâm: bản sao tạm thời của tin nhắn, tệp hoặc ảnh đang chờ gửi; lịch sử gửi cục bộ nếu tính năng này được bật.

Tài khoản: nếu bạn đăng nhập/đồng bộ bằng Google, Varify có thể nhận mã định danh tài khoản, email và tên hiển thị từ Google.

Dữ liệu vận hành: phiên bản extension, loại tính năng, trạng thái thành công/thất bại, thời lượng xử lý và thông tin lỗi cần thiết.

Bảo mật Varify API: nhật ký trên Google Cloud có thể ghi IP public quan sát được qua kết nối/proxy, thời gian, trạng thái xác thực và mã định danh và email tài khoản đã xác thực (nếu có), kể cả khi chưa đăng nhập, để phát hiện lạm dụng và hỗ trợ chặn truy cập. Nhật ký được giới hạn tần suất và giữ theo thời hạn của bucket Cloud Logging; không ghi token, prompt hoặc ảnh.

Cài đặt: Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI, ngôn ngữ, quy tắc Tĩnh Tâm, lịch và các lựa chọn quyền riêng tư.

Thống kê guest: khi chưa đăng nhập, Varify tạo phiên Firebase ẩn danh riêng theo bản cài và gửi số lượt khởi chạy tính năng, kết quả/thời lượng Tĩnh Tâm và thời điểm backend nhận. Không gửi nội dung, URL trang, email hoặc ảnh. IP kết nối có thể xuất hiện trong log bảo mật đã giới hạn tần suất. Số liệu guest có thời hạn 90 ngày; quá trình tự xóa có thể có độ trễ kỹ thuật. Tài khoản Firebase ẩn danh có vòng đời riêng.

3. Cách sử dụng dữ liệu

Thực hiện yêu cầu giải thích, kiểm tra, tìm kiếm giá hoặc hỏi bằng ảnh.

Gửi yêu cầu tới Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI mà bạn đã chọn và nhận kết quả về trang đang sử dụng.

Giữ tin nhắn, đếm ngược, gửi lại hoặc lưu lịch sử Tĩnh Tâm theo cài đặt của bạn.

Xác thực tài khoản, đồng bộ cài đặt/quyền truy cập nếu bạn bật đăng nhập và đồng bộ.

Đo lường lỗi và mức sử dụng tổng quát để duy trì, bảo mật và cải thiện Varify.

4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên khác

Nội dung được gửi tới Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI chỉ khi bạn kích hoạt tính năng tương ứng. Provider đó có thể xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách riêng của họ; bạn nên xem chính sách của provider trước khi gửi nội dung nhạy cảm.

Nếu bật tài khoản hoặc đồng bộ, dữ liệu tài khoản, cài đặt và số liệu vận hành có thể được lưu trên Firebase/Google Cloud. Varify không gửi nội dung tin nhắn hoặc ảnh chụp vào số liệu analytics.

Varify không bán dữ liệu cá nhân và không dùng nội dung riêng tư để nhắm quảng cáo.

Varify API: nội dung yêu cầu được chuyển qua dịch vụ của Varify tới Google để tạo câu trả lời. Backend Varify không lưu nội dung yêu cầu, ảnh hoặc câu trả lời vào cơ sở dữ liệu hay nhật ký ứng dụng. Varify lưu số lượt sử dụng, thông tin giới hạn sử dụng và lỗi kỹ thuật để vận hành, bảo mật và ngăn gọi trùng.

Google xử lý nội dung yêu cầu và câu trả lời để cung cấp dịch vụ AI, đồng thời có thể lưu chúng theo chính sách của Google. Không gửi mật khẩu, thông tin bí mật hoặc dữ liệu nhạy cảm mà bạn không có quyền chia sẻ. Xem chính sách của Google: Google Gemini API terms.

Tính năng kiểm chứng và tìm giá có thể sử dụng Google Search. Nội dung liên quan được Google xử lý và lưu theo chính sách của dịch vụ.

5. Lưu trữ và thời hạn

Dữ liệu xử lý tại chỗ được lưu trong Chrome Storage hoặc bộ nhớ phiên và có thể bị xóa khi bạn xóa dữ liệu extension.

Ảnh chụp và nội dung AI không được lưu lâu hơn mức cần thiết để hoàn thành yêu cầu, trừ khi bạn chủ động lưu/copy hoặc provider giữ dữ liệu theo chính sách của họ.

Hồ sơ tài khoản và số liệu vận hành được giữ khi tài khoản còn hoạt động hoặc khi cần cho bảo mật, hỗ trợ và nghĩa vụ pháp lý. Dữ liệu quota API trên Firestore hiện chưa có cơ chế tự xóa theo thời hạn; không phải lịch sử đầy đủ các cuộc hội thoại.

6. Lựa chọn và quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể không đăng nhập/đồng bộ, đổi provider, không gửi screenshot, tắt Tĩnh Tâm, xóa lịch sử cục bộ và yêu cầu truy cập hoặc xóa dữ liệu tài khoản. Nếu không đồng ý gửi nội dung qua backend Varify và Google, không sử dụng Varify API. Xóa dữ liệu extension không tự xóa dữ liệu đã được gửi tới Firebase hoặc provider. Việc xóa dữ liệu phía Google chịu chính sách và thời hạn lưu của Google.

7. Bảo mật

Varify dùng kết nối HTTPS khi truyền dữ liệu tới dịch vụ của mình. Không nhập mật khẩu hoặc thông tin bí mật vào prompt nếu bạn không muốn Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI xử lý thông tin đó. Không dịch vụ trực tuyến nào bảo đảm an toàn tuyệt đối.

8. Trẻ em và dữ liệu của người khác

Varify không chủ đích thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em. Bạn chỉ nên gửi nội dung mà bạn có quyền sử dụng; khi nội dung chứa dữ liệu của người khác, bạn chịu trách nhiệm bảo đảm có căn cứ phù hợp để xử lý.

9. Thay đổi chính sách

Nếu cách xử lý dữ liệu thay đổi đáng kể, Varify sẽ thông báo trong extension và yêu cầu lựa chọn mới khi cần.

Bằng cách cài đặt, bật hoặc sử dụng Varify, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này và Chính sách quyền riêng tư. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng không sử dụng hoặc hãy gỡ extension.

1. Phạm vi dịch vụ

Varify cung cấp công cụ hỗ trợ giải thích/kiểm tra nội dung bằng AI và trì hoãn việc gửi tin nhắn. Varify không phải là cố vấn pháp lý, y tế, tài chính hoặc cơ quan xác thực thông tin.

2. Trách nhiệm của bạn

Kiểm tra câu trả lời AI trước khi tin dùng, chia sẻ hoặc đưa ra quyết định.

Không gửi dữ liệu mà bạn không có quyền xử lý hoặc chia sẻ.

Không dùng Varify để gian lận, xâm nhập, theo dõi trái phép, gửi spam hoặc vi phạm điều khoản của website/provider.

Giữ an toàn tài khoản Google và các tài khoản Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI của bạn.

3. AI và dịch vụ bên thứ ba

Varify có thể gửi prompt, văn bản, ảnh hoặc ngữ cảnh bạn chọn tới Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI tương ứng. Provider có thể có giới hạn, lỗi, chính sách lưu trữ và điều khoản riêng. Varify không bảo đảm câu trả lời luôn đúng, đầy đủ hoặc không có nội dung gây hại.

Khi sử dụng Varify API, bạn đồng ý để Varify chuyển nội dung yêu cầu tới Google và nhận câu trả lời. Varify lưu dữ liệu vận hành như mô tả trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư; backend Varify không lưu nội dung yêu cầu hoặc câu trả lời. Việc Google xử lý và lưu dữ liệu chịu chính sách của Google. Nếu không đồng ý với việc xử lý này, không sử dụng Varify API.

Sự đồng ý sử dụng tính năng không cấp quyền cho Varify dùng nội dung riêng tư để quảng cáo, huấn luyện AI hoặc xây dựng kho dữ liệu nội dung người dùng. Việc bổ sung lưu lịch sử nội dung trên máy chủ phải được thông báo rõ về mục đích, thời hạn và lựa chọn của bạn trước khi áp dụng; sự đồng ý không thay thế các nghĩa vụ bảo vệ dữ liệu theo pháp luật.

4. Tĩnh Tâm

Tĩnh Tâm chỉ là lớp hỗ trợ trì hoãn và điều phối thao tác gửi. Nền tảng đích có thể thay đổi giao diện hoặc hành vi; vì vậy bạn phải kiểm tra người nhận, nội dung và trạng thái gửi. Varify không bảo đảm tin nhắn luôn được gửi, gửi đúng thời điểm hoặc không bị ảnh hưởng bởi lỗi của nền tảng đích.

5. Quyền sở hữu và phản hồi

Bạn giữ quyền đối với nội dung mình cung cấp. Bạn cấp cho Varify quyền hạn chế để xử lý nội dung đó nhằm cung cấp tính năng bạn yêu cầu. Phản hồi bạn gửi có thể được dùng để sửa lỗi và cải thiện dịch vụ, không kèm nội dung riêng tư nếu không cần thiết.

6. Miễn trừ và giới hạn trách nhiệm

Varify được cung cấp theo tình trạng hiện có và có thể tạm ngừng do bảo trì, lỗi trình duyệt, Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI hoặc nền tảng bên thứ ba. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Varify không chịu trách nhiệm cho mất dữ liệu, tin nhắn gửi nhầm, quyết định dựa trên câu trả lời AI hoặc thiệt hại phát sinh từ dịch vụ bên thứ ba.

7. Thay đổi và chấm dứt

Bạn có thể dừng sử dụng và gỡ Varify bất cứ lúc nào. Varify có thể thay đổi, giới hạn hoặc ngừng một tính năng; thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo phù hợp. Các nghĩa vụ liên quan đến dữ liệu, bảo mật và trách nhiệm vẫn tiếp tục trong phạm vi cần thiết.

8. Luật áp dụng và liên hệ

PRIVACY POLICY

Varify is a Chrome extension for explaining content, asking AI with text or screenshots, and delaying messages with Calm Wall. This policy explains the data Varify processes, why it processes it, and your choices.

1. Key principles

Varify processes data as needed to provide features you actively use. Varify does not sell messages, prompts, screenshots, or browsing history to third parties.

Varify's use and transfer of user data, including information obtained through Google APIs, comply with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

2. Data Varify may process

Requested content: selected text, prompts, or screenshots when you ask Varify to explain or verify content.

Page context: page titles and URLs, together with the context needed to generate a response. Varify does not proactively read all content on every page to build user profiles.

Calm Wall: temporary copies of messages, files, or images waiting to be sent; local sending history if enabled.

Account data: if you sign in or sync with Google, Varify may receive your account identifier, email address, and display name from Google.

Operational data: extension version, feature type, success or failure status, processing duration, and necessary error information.

Varify API security: logs on Google Cloud may record public IP information observed through connections/proxies, timestamps, authentication status, and verified account identifiers and email addresses when available, including requests without sign-in, to detect abuse and support access blocking. Logs are rate limited and retained according to the Cloud Logging bucket retention; tokens, prompts, and images are not logged.

Settings: AI provider, language, Calm Wall rules, schedules, and privacy preferences.

Guest statistics: while signed out, Varify creates a separate Firebase anonymous session per installation and sends feature-start counts, Calm Wall outcomes/duration and backend receipt times. It does not send content, page URLs, email or images. Connection IPs may appear in rate-limited security logs. Guest metrics expire after 90 days; automatic deletion can have a technical delay. Anonymous Firebase accounts have a separate lifecycle.

3. How data is used

To fulfill requests for explanations, verification, price searches, or image questions.

To send requests to your selected AI provider and return results to the page you are using.

To hold messages, run countdowns, replay sending actions, or save Calm Wall history according to your settings.

To authenticate your account and sync settings or access rights when you enable sign-in and sync.

To measure errors and general usage to maintain, secure, and improve Varify.

4. Sharing with other services

Content is sent to an AI provider only when you activate the relevant feature. That provider may process data under its own policy; review it before sending sensitive content.

If you enable an account or sync, account data, settings, and operational metrics may be stored on Firebase/Google Cloud. Varify does not include message content or screenshots in analytics.

Varify does not sell personal data or use private content to target advertising.

Varify API: request content passes through Varify's service to Google to generate responses. Varify's backend does not store request content, images, or responses in its database or application logs. Varify stores usage counts, usage-limit information, and technical errors to operate and secure the service and prevent duplicate calls.

Google processes request content and responses to provide AI services and may retain them under Google's policies. Do not send passwords, secrets, or sensitive data you are not authorized to share. See Google's policy: Google Gemini API terms.

Verification and price-search features may use Google Search. Google processes and retains relevant content under that service's policies.

5. Storage and retention

Locally processed data is stored in Chrome Storage or session memory and can be removed when you clear extension data.

Screenshots and AI content are not retained longer than necessary to complete a request, unless you choose to save or copy them, or the provider retains them under its own policy.

Account profiles and operational metrics are retained while the account is active or as needed for security, support, and legal obligations. API quota data in Firestore currently has no automatic expiration mechanism; it is not a complete conversation history.

6. Your choices and rights

You can choose not to sign in or sync, change providers, omit screenshots, disable Calm Wall, delete local history, and request access to or deletion of account data. If you do not agree to send content through Varify's backend and Google, do not use Varify API. Clearing extension data does not automatically delete data already sent to Firebase or a provider. Deletion of data held by Google is subject to Google's policies and retention periods.

7. Security

Varify uses HTTPS to transmit data to its services. Do not enter passwords or secrets into prompts if you do not want the AI provider to process them. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children and other people's data

Varify does not intentionally collect children's data. Only submit content you are authorized to use. When content includes other people's data, you are responsible for ensuring an appropriate basis for processing it.

9. Policy changes

If data processing changes significantly, Varify will notify you in the extension and request a new choice when necessary.

By installing, enabling, or using Varify, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Varify or uninstall the extension.

1. Scope of service

Varify provides tools for AI-assisted explanations and verification, and for delaying message sending. Varify is not a legal, medical, or financial adviser, or an information-certification authority.

2. Your responsibilities

Check AI responses before relying on them, sharing them, or making decisions.

Do not submit data you are not authorized to process or share.

Do not use Varify for fraud, unauthorized access or surveillance, spam, or violations of a website's or provider's terms.

Keep your Google account and AI provider accounts secure.

3. AI and third-party services

Varify may send your selected prompts, text, images, or context to the relevant AI provider. Providers may have their own limits, errors, retention policies, and terms. Varify does not guarantee that responses are always accurate, complete, or free of harmful content.

When using Varify API, you agree that Varify may forward request content to Google and receive responses. Varify stores operational data as described in the Privacy Policy; its backend does not store request content or responses. Google's processing and retention are subject to Google's policies. If you do not agree to this processing, do not use Varify API.

Consent to use a feature does not authorize Varify to use private content for advertising, AI training, or building a repository of user content. Any addition of server-side content history must be clearly disclosed, including its purpose, retention period, and your choices, before implementation. Consent does not replace legal data-protection obligations.

4. Calm Wall

Calm Wall is an aid for delaying and coordinating sending actions. The destination platform may change its interface or behavior, so you must check recipients, content, and sending status. Varify does not guarantee that messages will always be sent, sent at the intended time, or unaffected by destination-platform errors.

5. Ownership and feedback

You retain rights to the content you provide. You grant Varify limited permission to process that content to deliver the features you request. Feedback you submit may be used to fix errors and improve the service; private content should not be included unless necessary.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Varify is provided as is and may be interrupted by maintenance, browser errors, AI providers, or third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, Varify is not liable for data loss, messages sent in error, decisions based on AI responses, or damages arising from third-party services.

7. Changes and termination

You may stop using and uninstall Varify at any time. Varify may change, limit, or discontinue a feature; significant changes will be communicated appropriately. Obligations relating to data, security, and liability continue to the extent necessary.

These terms apply alongside mandatory laws where you reside. If a dispute arises, please first contact lukeforideas@gmail.com to seek a good-faith resolution.
